Holiday Blues

This free program is about the grieving process and planning for the holidays. We’ll cover topics such as why you feel the way you do, how to cope with memories during the holidays, and how to plan for them in the future. Holiday Blues is offered at no charge and open to the community. Families and friends welcome. RSVP’s are appreciated.
